Thomas Lobasso, CPG, LPG

Mr. Lobasso is an Executive Vice President with Environmental Liability Transfer, Inc. (ELT). Mr. Lobasso, a recognized expert in conducting environmental risk transfers, was instrumental in launching fixed-price guaranteed contracts while employed as an officer at an international engineering firm during the formative years of environmental transfer programs. He also co-founded a national firm that provided guaranteed fixed price remediation services for multi-national corporations and property development firms. With close to 40-years of experience in the environmental engineering field, Mr. Lobasso has directed hundreds of environmental investigations and remediation projects throughout the United States involving a wide range of hazardous and petroleum wastes, toxic and radiological materials. As a Principal of a London-based consultancy, Mr. Lobasso provided pre-acquisition environmental due diligence; pre-divesture (exit) assessments, and evaluation of environmentally-impaired fixed assets for publicly-traded corporations and the investment banking community.
